SimPlan presents SimVSM at LATC 2026 – AI for digital value stream analysis
Mannheim, 11–13 March 2026 – At LeanAroundTheClock (LATC) 2026, one of the largest lean events in the German-speaking world, SimPlan’s trade fair presentation will focus primarily on digital value stream analysis with SimVSM. The 10th anniversary of the event will bring together lean enthusiasts, consultants and organisational managers to discuss modern lean methods, digitalisation and practical process optimisation.
Focus: AI-supported value stream digitalisation with SimVSM
At the SimPlan stand, everything revolves around the digital recording, analysis and further development of value streams with the SimVSM app. A key feature is the integrated AI function, which automatically recognises brown papers – hand-drawn value stream representations – and converts them into a digital value stream model. With a simple photo, the app creates a digital model that can be directly edited, analysed and optimised.
SimVSM thus combines lean methods, digitalisation and simulation to enable companies to efficiently get started with digital value stream analysis and reveal potential for continuous improvement.
