Get from the workshop to a digital model even faster: With the integrated AI feature, you can capture value stream maps created on paper by taking a photo and automatically convert them into a digital SimVSM model.

With SimVSM Pro, you can also simulate your value stream. This allows you to take dynamic factors such as fluctuations and disruptions into account and examine their effects over time.

Digitise analogue value stream maps using AI

Many value stream analyses deliberately begin in analogue form: processes are mapped out collaboratively within a team using cards (e.g. from SIEBEN), symbols or sticky notes. With SimVSM, you can retain this tried-and-tested approach and then process the value stream digitally without having to recreate it manually.

Simply take a photo of the value stream map you have created using the SimVSM app. The integrated AI recognises the content and automatically converts it into a digital value stream model. You can then edit the model directly, analyse key performance indicators and explore different variants.

This reduces the effort involved in transferring the data, leaving more time for the actual analysis and optimisation.
